Welcome to The Crosby at Rancho Santa
Fe, a luxurious gated golf course community
approximately five miles east of Interstate 5 and five miles west of Interstate
15. The master-planned community offers distinctive architecture, design and
landscaping that blends with the regionally historic styles of Rancho Santa Fe
and early California. The community includes 70 villas, 281 semi-custom homes
and 70 custom homesites surrounded by an 18-hole private golf course. Homeowners

The community is named after the great Bing Crosby. The
Crosby community and Crosby
Golf Club are located within the gates of 722 acres. The 18-hole par 70
championship private golf course was designed by PGA Professional Fred couples
and Schmidt-Curley Design and offers dramatic sweeping panoramic views. There
is also a 30,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, as well as a 8500 sq. ft. Swim/Tennis, Athletic
Club, and driving range. The clubhouse presents fine dining and social events.
The facilities are available to club members, their families and guests.
The Crosby maintains access control with 24/7 guarded entrance gates. Through
the gates are dramatic designed bridges with distinctive lampposts draped across
portions of the San Dieguito River, well manicured landscaping, gorgeous natural
settings and stunning lake park. More than 190 acres has been dedicated as permanent
open space, offering natural coastal sage scrub, riparian forest, oak and eucalyptus
woodlands, marshes and wetlands. There are also several private parks within
the community and walking/hiking paths. The trail system that runs along the
main bridge, San Dieguito River along the golf course to the 9th hole is part
of the Coast to Crest Trail by the San Dieguito River Park.
